Summary:
The regional sales manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, financial and structural strategies within the market of the assigned territories.

Introduce our global marketing potential to assist equipment owners convert their surplus assets to cash to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction.
Proficient at generating and maintaining Contractor-Dealer relationships in person, via phone, and networking in the field.
Ensure the delivery of individual targets, performance reviews, people management and reward.
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs, help them as a trusted advisor, and assess the quality of the company's relationship with them.
Determine the company's gross-profit and annual unit plans by analyzing trends and results and implementing marketing strategies.
Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs.
Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company.
Uplift the regional sales volume to its possible best.
Develop and review long-and short-term sales strategies.
Contribute to the processes of recruiting new employees.
Achieve or exceed established sales goals as set by manager.
Deliver superior customer experience in order to achieve account retention and growth.
Manages and services an account list in person, via phone and through email build strong, lasting relationships with dealers and operating location staff.
Knows the competition; their strengths and weaknesses.
Responsible for great follow up on potential client leads, on-going client relations, projects, etc.
Qualifications and Education Requirements 2-5 years regional sales management in the heavy equipment industry.
Successful track record of achievement in service and/or sales of heavy equipment of large ticket items to local contractors.
Experience in the developing and managing of a territory through networking.
Must possess strong knowledge of how to seek out and create opportunities for sales.
Must be capable of developing sound relationships with prospects, targets and client base.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be detail oriented.
Basic computer skills in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
Must be willing to work competitively with a strong desire to be the best, reach goals and gain positive results.
Must possess great follow up skills.
