The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions of the company, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
Reconcile accounts and prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare payroll for employees.
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
Assist with budget preparation and expense analysis.
