Purpose is to support the 81st Regional Support Command (RSC) in the conduct of equipment maintenance, equipment storage, warehousing operations, logistical operations, and the administrative and supply functions required to support those operations. We will supply and support the necessary personnel, materials, services, and functional support to assist the 81st RSC in providing maintenance support and equipment storage to United States Army Reserve organizations.
Primary Duties/
Responsibilities:
Able to plan, organize, and coordinate work and accomplish goals according to priorities and established deadlines.
Possess a knowledge and understanding of Army supply management procedures.
Able to read, understand, and apply supply management IAW DA Pam 710-2-1, DA Pam 710-2-2, 81st RSC regulations, and local standing operating procedures.
Able to perform all functions of a repair parts supply operation in support of an Army maintenance activity to include ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing supplies, taking actions to expedite receipt of parts, and researching alternative sources for items.
Able to perform property accountability functions to include hand receipt procedures and inventories of all types of Army property.
Able to understand, research, analyze, interpret, and apply regulations, directives, and policies.
Able to read, understand, and perform the processes and reports in FLMS/SAMS IE, LOGDAT maintenance management systems and PBUSE, LIW, and ARSIDS supply management systems.
Able to operate pallet jacks, and variety of warehouse fork trucks (forklifts).Other requirements:
Shall possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license with applicable endorsements within 30 days of hire, as required by the local.
All vehicle operators will be required to take the Army Accident Avoidance within 30 days of hire.
All employees shall have valid motor vehicle operator qualifications IAW federal, state, local laws and AR 600-55.Clearance requirements: Holds an active DoD Secret clearance

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
